Every credit note or refund request is reviewed before being processed. Approvers can accept, reject, or roll-back the request.
Role-based security
Only authorised users can approve or process refunds. Unauthorised users will not see the approval option for credit notes. In the case of auto refunds, unauthorised users will receive a pop-up message advising them to contact the appropriate authority with the necessary permissions to process the refund.
Real-time alerts
Reviewers receive instant email and the actions can further be viewed on their actions tab of dashboard as well, enabling fast, clear, and trackable actions.
Customisable threshold settings
Management can define and adjust thresholds for trivial credit notes, such as small credits used to clear balances, allowing the approval workflow to be tailored to the specific needs of the practice.
Smart refund handling
Whether it’s a partial payment (credit note or refund after review) or full payment (requiring full approval), the system adapts to your workflow.
Automated credit note date management
The system automatically adjusts credit note dates to account for approval time lags and API synchronization with connected billing and bookkeeping platforms, ensuring no credit notes are missed or overlooked.
