You can now create multiple active subscriptions for the same client—perfect for different services, packages, or billing cycles.
- Dropdown selection: Choose services or predefined packages in a single, simple flow.
- Smart validations: If a client already has an active subscription, we’ll let you know to avoid duplicates.
- LOE integration: Generate a Letter of Engagement (LOE) directly during subscription setup. If you’ve selected a package, the relevant services are automatically added to the LOE.
Smarter, independent Direct Debit (DD)
Previously tied to subscriptions, Direct Debit can now be managed independently:
- Send Direct Debit requests anytime, with or without an active subscription.
- Collect payments immediately upon client authorisation, including outstanding invoices.
- You can also manage DD and automated payments from the software itself as a seamless integration for setting-up, cancellation, stopping payment collection, etc.
- Manage mandates easily using
- Revert – Cancel a mandate instantly if needed.
- Email – Send DD requests or subscription details directly from the platform.
- Client view – Preview the exact experience your client will have.
Complete client transparency
Your clients now enjoy greater visibility and self-service options:
- Active & upcoming subscriptions – Clearly displayed in their dashboard.
- Outstanding invoices – Full breakdown of what’s due.
- One-click Authorisation – Clients can approve Direct Debit mandates and pay instantly, reducing friction and delays.

Maintain cleaner records and accurate service histories to know where a particular subscriptions stays at i.e., whether they are active, suspended, expired or upcoming.
